Disrekt provides on-demand enterprise AI services deployed via Signal, email, and phone. Our services include AI agent deployment, workflow automation, and related technology solutions. Services are priced on outcomes delivered, not per seat.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment and Billing

  • Services are billed based on outcomes delivered as agreed upon during deployment.
  • Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
  • Use our services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services
  • Resell or redistribute our services without written consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services — including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Disrekt Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our services without prior written consent.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. AI-Generated Outputs

  • AI-generated outputs are provided as tools to assist decision-making and should not be treated as professional advice.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated outputs before they are acted upon.
  • Disrekt does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disrekt Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Disrekt Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive messages from Disrekt Inc., you agree to receive transactional and project-related text messages.

Program Description: Messages include project milestones, outcome delivery notifications, and task coordination.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on project activity.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
